These Terms govern your use of VentureCommand AI, an AI business productivity service for business planning, offers, sales, content, marketing, operations, and execution support.
AI Output
VentureCommand AI generates content using AI systems. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unsuitable for your specific situation. You are responsible for reviewing, testing, and validating all output before using it.
No Professional Advice
VentureCommand AI does not provide legal, tax, accounting, investment, medical, or other licensed professional advice. Consult a qualified professional before making regulated or high-risk decisions.
No Guaranteed Results
VentureCommand AI may help you think, plan, create assets, and execute more clearly, but we do not guarantee revenue, profit, customers, funding, investment performance, business success, or any specific financial outcome.
Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping login credentials secure. You may not use another person's account without permission.
Subscriptions and Billing
Paid plans may unlock higher usage limits, Marketing Studio features, exports, and other business workflows. Website checkout is processed by Stripe. Future iOS paid features must use Apple In-App Purchase when required, and future Android paid features must use Google Play Billing when required.
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancel website subscriptions through Stripe or by contacting support. Future mobile subscriptions must be managed through Apple or Google where purchased. Refund eligibility depends on the payment channel, applicable law, and the relevant platform rules.
Acceptable Use
You may not use VentureCommand AI to create or support unlawful, harmful, deceptive, abusive, infringing, hateful, sexually exploitative, fraudulent, or privacy-invasive activity. You may not attempt to bypass usage limits, reverse engineer the service, scrape the service, or interfere with security or availability.
User Content
You are responsible for prompts, uploaded images, business context, leads, and other content you submit. You confirm that you have the rights needed to submit that content and allow VentureCommand AI and its service providers to process it to operate the service.
Generated Content
Subject to these Terms and applicable law, you may use generated business assets for your own business. You are responsible for checking originality, accuracy, compliance, claims, and suitability before publishing or using them.
Third-Party Services
VentureCommand AI may rely on third-party AI providers, hosting providers, payment processors, login providers, app stores, and other services. Their availability, terms, prices, and reliability may change.
Service Changes
We may modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue features, plans, model routes, usage limits, or pricing. We will try to avoid unnecessary disruption, but uninterrupted access is not guaranteed.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, VentureCommand AI is provided as is and as available. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from your use of the service.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for other users, misuse the service, or fail to pay for a paid plan.
